About
I’m a qualified psychodynamic therapist, trained in the UK and based in Fontainebleau, France. I offer English speaking in-person therapy, as well as online therapy across Europe and worldwide.
Before setting up my private practice I worked as an honorary psychodynamic psychotherapist in an NHS Trust in North London, supporting clients facing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties.
I work with issues such as depression, anxiety, stress, sexual abuse, loneliness, suicidal thoughts, relationship difficulties, life transitions, sex and intimacy, bereavement and loss.
I hold an MSc with distinction in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck, University of London, and am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I’m also a member of the Birkbeck Counselling Association.
My previous academic background is in literature and philosophy: I have a BA in English Literature and Philosophy, and an MA in Film and Literature, both from the University of York.
I offer in-person sessions on Mondays and Wednesdays in Fontainebleau, and online therapy during the week.
