About

English-Speaking Psychodynamic Therapist in Paris, Fontainebleau & Online

I am a psychodynamic therapist based in France, offering English-speaking psychotherapy in Paris and Fontainebleau, as well as online psychotherapy across Europe and internationally.

I trained in the UK and hold an MSc with Distinction in Psychodynamic Counselling and Psychotherapy from Birkbeck College, University of London. I’m a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the Birkbeck Counselling Association.

Before establishing my private practice, I worked as an honorary psychodynamic psychotherapist within an NHS Mental Health Trust in North London, supporting people facing a wide range of emotional and relational difficulties.

My approach is rooted in the psychodynamic tradition, helping explore patterns and unconscious processes that may be impacting your current well-being and relationships. I offer a reflective, supportive space to explore and make sense of difficult feelings and life experiences.

My prior academic background is in literature and philosophy. I hold a BA in English Literature and Philosophy, and an MA in Film and Literature, both from the University of York.
